Job summary

CCMC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team in managing master planned communities. You will support daily operations, uphold community standards, and coordinate with contractors and residents to create a connected living experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an office environment, preferably in community management or similar.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service mindset.
• Organized, multitasker with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Windows; valid driver’s license with vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations and enforcing standards.
• Conduct monthly inspections and track compliance issues.
• Provide information and education to homeowners about benefits of living in the Association.
• Oversee projects and liaise with contractors and vendors.
• Serve as onsite contact for assessments and payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with legal and AR to collect assessments.
• Work with Design Review Committee on processes.
• Oversee site staff and grounds teams.
• Interact with residents and volunteers; attend meetings.
