Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HOA or resort-style community experience.
• HS diploma; AA degree highly desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of HOA operations and CC&Rs; Nevada NRS 116 knowledge a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential admin and project support to the General Manager and Board.
• Draft correspondence, minutes, and agendas.
• Coordinate workflow, timelines, and inventory.
• Maintain homeowner/resident database with accounting.
• Prepare Board packets and assist in meetings/elections.
• Communicate with residents and coordinate vendor activities.
• Arrange on-site vendor visits and oversee projects.
• Plan community events and manage calendars.
• Supervise Clubhouse use and reservations.
• Ensure compliance with Clubhouse rules and safety.
• Assist Recreation Committee with events and budgets.
