Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company in California seeks an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations of residential and commercial associations. You will work closely with the General Manager, handle governance communications, vendor coordination, and event programming.

Ideal candidates have HOA experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs for event setup. CMCA/AMS certifications are a plus, and a commitment to exceptional service is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of HOA or resort-style community experience.
• Strong customer service and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and make timely decisions.
• Organizational skills with time management and documentation.
• Knowledge of HOA governance, CC&Rs; Nevada regulations (NRS 116) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential admin support to the General Manager and Board.
• Draft correspondence, minutes, and agendas.
• Coordinate workflow, timelines, and inventory.
• Maintain resident database with accounting.
• Prepare monthly Board packets and organize meetings.
• Assist in notices for assessments and governance communications.
• Respond to resident inquiries and track follow-ups.
• Conduct property inspections for violations and maintenance issues.
• Coordinate vendor bids and on-site visits.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Plan community events and promote resident engagement.
• Manage Clubhouse facilities and reservation schedules.
• Support Recreation Committee with budgeting.
• Maintain Clubhouse notices and promotional materials.
• Open/secure Clubhouse; report maintenance issues.
