Qualifications

• Experience with recruiting or hiring processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage hiring postings
• File and organize important documents
• Manage onboarding duties
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Conduct orientations for new staff
• Speak with community partners and new client inquiries
• Other administrative duties as assigned
