Washington Gorge Action Programs is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day people operations in Bingen, Washington. This full-time, in-person role focuses on hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and benefits administration while helping the Executive Director manage agency employees.

The position is onsite with a 40-hour work week; the candidate must understand state and federal HR laws and be able to maintain HR processes with accuracy and discretion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year HR experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal HR laws.
• Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, performance reviews and benefits.
