Job summary

Caring for Others in Oregon seeks a Career Coordinator to turn talent strategy into scalable HR processes. You’ll own the hiring workflow from sourcing to onboarding, coordinate orientations, and manage project plans to keep momentum.

You’ll develop interview guides, track metrics, and expand local networks, partnering with leadership to ensure a compliant, candidate‑focused experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO/C-Suite or similar leadership role.
• Experience in HR, Talent, or People Operations with onboarding/training.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for engaging employees at all levels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to translate high-level direction into practical, repeatable processes.
• Detail-oriented with ownership over training quality and consistency.
• Experience in recruiting is a plus; home care/healthcare exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction from HR Leadership into scoped project plans and execution.
• Own end-to-end program delivery for hiring—from sourcing to onboarding and tracking progress.
• Own job postings and advertising—writing descriptions, managing postings, tracking budgets.
• Facilitate new hire orientations, managing logistics, presenters, and materials.
• Develop role-specific frameworks and orientation tracks for rollout.
• Compile and maintain KPI deliverables and dashboards for leadership.
• Build and maintain local/industry talent networks through events and associations.
