Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager - Condominium Highrise to support overall operations of community association management and deliver outstanding service to owners, residents, clients, and vendors.

You will assist with financial management, records, bids, and board packet materials while coordinating annual calendars and responding to inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve questions promptly.
• Assist with daily financial management and recordkeeping.
• Maintain files and records per company procedures.
• Attend Board meetings and assist with agendas and reports.
