Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a High Rise Senior Community Manager to oversee multiple associations, advise boards, review financials, and supervise staff. You will coordinate budgets, ensure compliance, and manage vendor relations across communities.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for success. This role reports to the Regional Director and requires driving to client sites as needed, with responsibilities spanning governance, financial oversight,

Qualifications

• CMCA certification is required.
• Four-year college degree preferred, or comparable business experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee association fiscal management, including financial statement review and budgeting.
• Coordinate and attend client/board meetings; create agendas and board packets.
• Manage vendor relations, RFP processes, and provide board recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with civil codes and association documents; manage annual meeting/election process.
• Maintain files and use company databases to track deadlines and updates.
