Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive (Enterprise/Major Accounts) for the Higher Education team to drive MuleSoft and Informatica solutions in AI-enabled student retention, advising, enrollment, and donor engagement.

You will partner with Salesforce's core AE team to deliver connected solutions across admissions, SIS, LMS, and legacy systems, while navigating complex orgs and championing data governance and FERPA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum full-cycle sales experience.
• Experience selling to Higher Education or Public Sector preferred.
• Ability to articulate value of MuleSoft and Informatica in AI transformation.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Higher Ed stakeholders - CIOs, Provosts, VP Enrollment Management, and Chief Data Officers.
• Align account strategy with each institution’s enrollment, retention, and advancement objectives.
• Position MuleSoft and Informatica as the data infrastructure required for successful AI transformation.
• Drive growth across both existing accounts and greenfield prospects.
