Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a driven Account Executive (Enterprise/Major Accounts) to join the Higher Education team. You will partner with Salesforce's core AE team to deliver a connected MuleSoft and Informatica solution to universities, enabling AI-powered student success and data integration across systems.

This role requires building relationships with CIOs and senior leaders, aligning enrollment and retention objectives, and driving growth across existing accounts and new prospects.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle sales experience
• Experience selling technical platforms
• Understanding of Integration/API/Data Governance/Automation and translating to outcomes

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Higher Ed stakeholders (CIOs, Provosts, VP Enrollment Management, Chief Data Officers).
• Align account strategy with each institution’s enrollment, retention, and advancement objectives.
• Position MuleSoft and Informatica as the data infrastructure for AI transformation.
• Drive growth across existing accounts and greenfield prospects.
