Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive (Enterprise/Major Accounts) to join the Higher Education team, focusing on MuleSoft and Informatica. You will work with the core AE team to deliver a connected solution to Higher Education institutions.

You will build relationships with CIOs and other leaders, align strategies with enrollment objectives, and drive growth in both existing and new accounts, offering a data-driven AI transformation.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle sales experience, ideally within Higher Education or Public Sector.
• Experience selling technical platforms in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Understanding of Integration / API / Data Governance / Automation and translating to outcomes for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Higher Ed stakeholders — CIOs, Provosts, VP Enrollment Management, and Chief Data Officers.
• Align account strategy with each institution's enrollment, retention, and advancement objectives.
• Position MuleSoft and Informatica as the data infrastructure required for AI transformation.
• Drive growth across existing accounts and greenfield prospects.
