Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a driven Account Executive (Enterprise/Major Accounts) to join the Higher Education team. You will focus on MuleSoft and Informatica, partnering with Salesforce's core AE team to deliver connected AI-enabled solutions for colleges and universities.

You will engage CIOs, Provosts, and data leaders to drive adoption, retention, and enrollment outcomes, while expanding relationships across existing and new institutions.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle sales experience, ideally in Higher Education or Public Sector.
• Ability to sell technical platforms and navigate complex, matrixed organizations.
• Understanding of Integration / API / Data Governance / Automation and translating to outcomes for university leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Higher Ed stakeholders such as CIOs, Provosts, VP Enrollment Management, and Chief Data Officers.
• Align account strategy with each institution’s enrollment, retention, and advancement objectives.
• Position MuleSoft and Informatica as the data infrastructure required for AI transformation.
• Drive growth across both existing accounts and greenfield prospects.
