Job summary

Salesforce seeks an Account Executive (Enterprise/Major Accounts) for the Higher Education team to drive AI-enabled data integration with MuleSoft and Informatica.

You will build trusted relationships with CIOs, Provosts, and data leaders, align strategies with enrollment and retention goals, and advance AI transformation across institutions. Strong stakeholder management and technical sales experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to Higher Education or Public Sector.
• Ability to sell technical platforms and navigate complex organizations.
• Understanding of Integration / API / Data Governance / Automation and translating to outcomes for university leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Higher Ed stakeholders—CIOs, Provosts, VP Enrollment Management, and Chief Data Officers.
• Align account strategy with each institution's enrollment, retention, and advancement objectives.
• Position MuleSoft and Informatica as the data infrastructure for AI transformation.
• Drive growth across existing accounts and greenfield prospects.
