Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive (Enterprise/Major Accounts) to join our Higher Education team. You will partner with Salesforce's core AE team to deliver a complete, connected solution using MuleSoft and Informatica for Higher Education institutions.

Higher Education faces enrollment pressures and budget tightening; MuleSoft connects admissions, SIS, LMS and legacy data, while Informatica ensures clean, FERPA-compliant foundations.

Qualifications

• Minimum full-cycle sales experience, ideally in Higher Education or Public Sector.
• Experience selling complex, technical platforms to executives.
• Understanding of Integration/API/Data Governance/Automation and translating to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Higher Ed stakeholders - CIOs, Provosts, VP Enrollment Management, and Chief Data Officers.
• Align account strategy with each institution’s enrollment, retention, and advancement objectives.
• Position MuleSoft and Informatica as the data infrastructure for AI transformation.
• Drive growth across existing accounts and greenfield prospects.
