Job summary

Mongoose is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with colleges and universities, driving adoption and measurable outcomes from onboarding through renewal. You will translate usage data into actionable strategies and build trust-based relationships across campuses.

In collaboration with Account Managers, you’ll identify expansion opportunities, maintain HubSpot documentation, and deliver quarterly reviews showing demonstrated value.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to achieve institutional goals using Mongoose.
• Lead onboarding and structured rollout for new customers.
• Set measurable success plans during onboarding.
• Monitor health: adoption and engagement trends.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and translate insights into actions.
• Align usage with enrollment, retention, and student engagement.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Account Managers.
• Document insights and outcomes to inform teams.
