Mongoose is looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic partner for higher education customers. You will guide onboarding, drive adoption, and translate data into actionable strategies to demonstrate ongoing value throughout the customer lifecycle.

In this fully remote Midwest-focused role, you’ll collaborate with Account Managers and product teams to align on customer success plans and growth opportunities, leveraging engagement insights to inform decisions.

• Act as the primary strategic partner for customers to achieve institutional goals using Mongoose
• Lead onboarding and implementation to drive early adoption and set foundations for long-term success
• Establish clear success plans during onboarding and define measurable outcomes from the start
• Own customer health by monitoring adoption, engagement, and performance trends
• Conduct Quarterly Reviews that analyze performance and recommend actionable strategies with measurable value
