Job summary

Mongoose is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with higher education institutions, guiding onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value from our Conversation Intelligence Platform.

You will monitor engagement, conduct quarterly reviews, and collaborate with Account Managers, Product, Support, and Marketing to translate data into strategic actions that drive measurable outcomes across the customer lifecycle. This is a fully remote role serving the Midwest territory.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic partner guiding customers to achieve goals with Mongoose.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers to drive early adoption.
• Establish success plans aligning platform usage to customer goals.
• Own customer health by tracking adoption, engagement, and performance trends.
• Conduct regular Mongoose Quarterly Reviews (MQRs) to surface insights and recommendations.
