Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and high hospitality standards. You will train staff, motivate teams, and lead with coaching to achieve excellence in a fast-paced setting.

This role focuses on brand promotion, community engagement, and strict adherence to sanitation and safety regulations, with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing hospitality company.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
