Twin Peaks is seeking a General Manager in Huntsville, AL to direct daily operations, lead the team, and deliver best-in-class hospitality. You will manage costs, staffing, training, and documentation while maintaining brand standards and safety compliance.

The GM will oversee HOH and kitchen teams, coach managers, and drive guest satisfaction with engaging service and operational excellence.

Formación

• Must have substantial leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to interview, hire, counsel, and discipline staff with proper documentation.
• Strong cost control and inventory management knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the work of all team members to ensure profitable store operations.
• Coach, motivate and discipline staff including managers; ensure compliant procedures.
• Oversee recruiting, training, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance in kitchen and front of house.
• Drive sales through effective operations and guest hospitality.
