Job summary

You will work closely with the General Manager, manage daily operations, guest experiences, and staff development, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and service standards. This role emphasizes leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish helpful.
• Must attend and complete required management training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness standards per Health Code and QA checks.
• Drive sales through operations, local store marketing, and recruiting.
• Coach and develop front-line staff, including kitchen team and Twin Peaks Girls.
• Oversee cash handling, drawer assignments, and bank deposits.
• Ensure Steps of Service are followed and maintain professionalism in image and attire.
