Twin Peaks Assistant General Manager in Knoxville, TN collaborates with the GM and team to run a profitable store with best-in-class service, hospitality, and sharp cost control. This hands-on leadership role focuses on staffing, training, inventory, and ensuring policy compliance while delivering engaging guest experiences.

You will coach and develop managers, oversee scheduling, cash handling, and safety standards, uphold brand standards, and drive sales through excellent operations.

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in high-volume restaurants/bars.
• Ability to apply common-sense guidance and multi-step instructions.
• Must complete required local/state certifications and training.

Responsabilités

• Teach, motivate, coach and discipline staff to meet standards.
• Handle interviewing, warnings, hiring and proper documentation.
• Manage cash handling procedures and financial controls.
• Develop AGM pipeline and assist in leadership growth.
