Job summary

The Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive strong financial performance in a high-volume setting.

You will oversee a team across Front of House and Heart of House, uphold Twin Peaks brand standards, manage costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations (FOH/HOH).
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results.
• Experience with inventory management, labor control, and P&L fundamentals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class service, hospitality, food, and beverage quality.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor and enforce Steps of Service to deliver a consistent guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
