Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants in Greenwood, IN seeks a General Manager with 3-5 years of leadership in high‑volume, full‑service dining to lead daily operations and ensure a welcoming, entertaining guest experience with Twin Peaks Girls and scratch‑made food.

The role involves staffing, scheduling, training, inventory and P&L oversight, and driving sales through excellent service while maintaining a fun, professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must have three to five years’ experience managing high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Proficient in restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and preparation of reports.
• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out multi‑step instructions.
• Ability to deal with quickly changing situations with many variables.
• Ability to mathematically compute proper change, accurately perform checkouts for employees, and compute correct bank deposits.
• Must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language. Spanish communication skills are extremely helpful.
• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of office software – MSWord, Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts including decision making, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
• Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
• Ensure positive guest experience; respond to complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
• Teach, motivate, coach, and discipline staff including managers, kitchen crew, and Twin Peaks Girls.
• Train and develop the store’s management team with coaching and evaluation.
• Ensure Steps of Service are followed and motivate staff to entertain and provide PEAKS service.
• Hold kitchen staff accountable for standards and sanitation.
• Proactively recruit Twin Peaks Girls who meet Brand Standards to maintain the Brand Promise.
• Interview, counsel, hire and terminate employees and document events; create and update training schedules.
• Create daily shift schedules for hourly employees weekly; ensure compliance with company policy.
• Handle discrimination or harassment properly per policy and regulations.
• Complete accident/incident reports promptly when needed.
• Estimate food and beverage costs and supervise procurement and inventory.
• Drive sales with local marketing and promotions; coordinate with Twin Peaks Girls.
• Maintain professional restaurant image and enforce standards to minimize costs and maximize quality.
