Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work closely with the General Manager and store leadership, driving service excellence, hospitality, and profitability. You will coach staff, manage costs, and oversee training and compliance to policy.

This hands-on role requires organizational discipline and a passion for guest experience. You will lead by example, supervise managers and front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and ensure standards, safety, and performance

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in high-volume restaurants/bars.
• Ability to handle multi-step instructions and adapt to changing situations.
• Must complete required training and certifications for food and/or alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Teach, motivate, coach and discipline staff and HOH.
• Interview, warn, counsel, hire and document events with GM.
• Cash handling procedures followed.
• Drive sales and ensure great execution with managers and team.
• Maintain training programs and inventory control.
