Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and lead daily restaurant operations. The role focuses on hospitality, cost control, staff coaching and training, with accountability for schedules, audits and compliance.

The AGM will work hands-on with the General Manager to develop team members, manage P&L and ensure best-in-class service while maintaining Twin Peaks standards.

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in high-volume restaurants or bars.
• Ability to interview, warn, counsel, hire and terminate staff with proper documentation.
• Experience with cash handling procedures and accurate checkouts.
• Proven ability to train staff and implement development programs.
• Strong inventory, cost control and P&L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Teach, motivate, coach and discipline staff and managers.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Develop managers to advance to AGM level.
• Drive sales by executing operations with the team.
• Maintain training schedules and materials for new employees.
