Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking an experienced Manager to direct daily store operations, lead a team, and uphold Twin Peaks standards of service and hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in high-volume venues, strong English communication skills, and a commitment to training, inventory controls, and policy compliance to ensure health and safety and exemplary guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish and/or Creole helpful.
• Must attend Twin Peaks Manager training and comply with local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of store employees to provide best-in-class service, hospitality, and food/bev.
• Manage costs, local store marketing, and recruiting efforts.
• Coach and counsel team; maintain training schedules and materials for new employees.
