Job summary

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in high-volume restaurants or bars.
• Ability to coach, motivate and discipline staff and maintain records.
• Proficiency in cost control, P&L awareness and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and discipline staff including HOH and Twin Peaks Girls; ensure respect and proper documentation.
• Interview, warn, counsel, hire and fire staff with proper approvals and records.
• Follow cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in deposits and reconciliations.
