Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Temporary/Contract Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations nationwide. You will build candidate pipelines, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews while keeping ATS records accurate and confidential.

This role emphasizes fast-paced, high-volume hiring with light HR administrative support and collaboration with the HR team. Prior multi-location recruiting and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, HR or high-volume customer service experience.
• Associate degree in HR, business administration or related field preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening and candidate communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, warehouse, manufacturing and professional roles across locations.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Post job openings on internal/external boards, sites and social media.
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial phone screens.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication on status and next steps.
• Manage ATS records and keep info confidential.
• Provide HR project support as needed.
