Job summary

La La Land is seeking a Field Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets from our Support Center in Dallas, TX. This on-site role requires five days of in-office work and will partner with store leadership to build strong pipelines and fill roles quickly.

You will manage multiple requisitions, coordinate candidate movement, and ensure accurate onboarding records. Prior recruiting experience and comfort with Paylocity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting; multi-unit or hospitality/retail hiring is a plus.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple locations and markets.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while upholding standards.
• Build candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs and new store openings.
• Partner with General Managers and operations leadership to set priorities.
• Manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring goals with urgency.
• Create and manage job requisitions in Paylocity and external boards.
• Coordinate candidate movement through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Prepare offers with accurate compensation and start dates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and new hire records; ensure I-9 compliance.
• Support hiring events, openings, and market-specific initiatives.
