CERTEX USA Inc is seeking a Temporary/Contract Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, and professional roles across multiple locations nationwide. The role emphasizes building candidate pipelines, rapid screening, and coordinating interviews while supporting HR initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of recruiting experience, an Associate's degree, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems, MS Office, and confidential information handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume or multi-location recruiting.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and priorities.
• Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, warehouse, manufacturing, and professional positions across multiple locations.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Post job openings across internal and external job boards, company websites, social media, and other recruiting sources.
• Source and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial phone screens.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular, proactive communication with candidates on application status and next steps.
• Manage and keep applicant tracking system (ATS) records current and accurate.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
• Provide support to the HR department on projects as needed.
