Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting or equivalent experience.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and managing candidate relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present and influence.
