Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Recruiter for a 100% onsite, full-time, contract-to-hire position. The recruiter will handle high-volume full-cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates from scratch, and coordinating with hiring managers through onboarding.

The role requires adapting quickly, strong communication, and the ability to work independently across a wide range of roles from entry-level to administrative positions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree desired (not required)
• Minimum 2 years full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ATS systems
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and solve problems
• Able to multitask and prioritize throughout the day
• Excellent communication across a wide range of individuals and teams
• Tech savvy with multiple software systems

Responsibilities

• Recruit from scratch and source candidates for a wide range of roles
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand needs and timelines
• Manage interview process and candidate communications
• Offer, negotiate, and guide candidates through onboarding
• Handle high-volume recruitment and pivot quickly as needed
