Job summary

Sarnova HC, LLC is seeking a High Volume Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly, non-exempt roles across multiple functions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, source and screen candidates, and manage a large workload to meet staffing goals.

You will leverage ATS tools, data-driven recruiting strategies, and market insights to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality while representing the company’s employment brand and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring for hourly, non-exempt positions.
• Dayforce experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for customer service, call center, medical billing, warehouse, manufacturing, operations, or similar roles.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume, non-exempt positions across multiple business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring timelines, and candidate qualifications.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against established job requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview and selection process.
• Manage multiple requisitions while meeting hiring targets and service levels.
• Extend verbal offers and support offer negotiations within compensation guidelines.
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting databases to attract candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited positions and hard-to-fill roles.
• Provide guidance on labor market conditions, candidate availability, and recruiting best practices.
