Job summary

Sarnova HC, LLC is seeking a High Volume Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly, non-exempt roles across multiple functions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, source and screen candidates, and manage a large workload to meet staffing goals.

You will leverage ATS tools, data-driven recruiting strategies, and market insights to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality while representing the company’s employment brand and value

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring for hourly, non-exempt positions.
  • Dayforce experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for customer service, call center, medical billing, warehouse, manufacturing, operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Summary:

The High Volume Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume, hourly positions across the organization, including customer care, medical billing, warehouse, manufacturing, operations, and other non-exempt roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring an efficient, consistent, and positive candidate experience. The High Volume Recruiter develops talent pipelines, executes recruiting strategies, and manages a large requisition workload to support organizational staffing goals.

By delivering efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes for critical frontline positions, this role helps reduce vacancies, improve workforce productivity, and maintain service levels across the organization. The position directly impacts operational success by building talent pipelines, reducing time-to-fill, and ensuring a consistent and positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume, non-exempt positions across multiple business functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring timelines, and candidate qualifications
  • Conduct intake meetings and develop recruiting strategies to support hiring objectives
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against established job requirements
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview and selection process
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets and service level expectations
  • Extend verbal offers and support offer negotiations within established compensation guidelines
  • Utilize job boards, social media platforms, referral programs, recruiting databases, career fairs, and networking events to attract candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited positions and hard-to-fill roles
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to support anticipated workforce needs
  • Conduct resume reviews and preliminary candidate assessments
  • Identify opportunities to improve applicant flow and sourcing effectiveness
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and business leaders
  • Provide guidance on labor market conditions, candidate availability, and recruiting best practices
  • Communicate candidate status, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics regularly
  • Assist managers in identifying qualifications, competencies, and selection criteria
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the recruiting process
  • Partner with Recruiting Coordinators, HR, and hiring managers to facilitate candidate movement through the hiring process
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and source effectiveness
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
  • Support workforce planning initiatives and anticipated staffing demands
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, hiring events, community outreach initiatives, and recruiting functions
  • Promote the company's employment brand and value proposition to prospective candidates
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives designed to increase candidate engagement and application volume
  • Additional job duties as assigned
Skills/Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives for hourly, non-exempt positions required
  • Dayforce experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting for customer service, call center, medical billing, warehouse, manufacturing, operations, or similar roles preferred
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools required
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
  • Ability to manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining quality hiring outcomes
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative partnership skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements
Work Schedule:

This position follows a hybrid schedule, working onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
