Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is hiring an Internal Recruiter to manage high-volume pipelines across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. This remote role requires you to source, screen, and engage candidates efficiently while maintaining strong communication and candidate relationships.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, track activity in an ATS/CRM, and contribute to scaling our growing team. The position offers PST or EST hours with a monthly pay structure in two tiers.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in staffing or high-volume recruiting.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and fast-paced hiring.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organization skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems and recruitment tech tools.
• Availability to work in PST or EST time zones.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments
• Qualify, screen, and engage candidates in a fast-moving hiring environment
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process
• Manage and track recruitment activity using an ATS
