Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers seeks a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations in Scottsdale, AZ to own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location. You will lead the team, manage the floor, drive the sales pipeline, and ensure outstanding member experience.

The role rewards a proven track record in operations and sales, with a focus on hitting revenue targets, coaching staff to performance, and maintaining high standards even when pressure rises.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in operations and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience running high-volume service operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location, including staffing, workflow, and floor presence.
• Drive sales performance across the location with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set performance standards and coach the team to meet them with accountability.
• Ensure each member interaction is efficient, professional, and aligned with Serenity's service standards.
• Track location KPIs and use data to drive operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it with clarity and follow-through.
