SelectQuote is seeking a Sales Development Advisor to join the Qualifications Team. This is an unlicensed, outbound sales role focusing on generating interest, qualifying prospects, and transferring them to licensed agents.

The position is high-volume and metrics-driven, with paid training and a base salary plus bonus. No current insurance licenses are required; opportunities for advancement into licensed sales and licensing support are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, up to 800 calls per day.
• Generate interest and engage prospective customers.
• Establish rapport and communicate confidently over the phone.
• Qualify prospects for transfer to a licensed agent.
• Handle objections and push toward the next step.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and follow scripts.
