Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year HR experience or master's degree plus 1 year HR experience.
• Experience with Workday and MS 365 suite is preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to manage high-volume recruitment.

• Post job ads, screen candidates, interview, and onboard new hires.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to align needs and timelines.
