myKaarma is seeking a highly hands-on Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across U.S. operations. The role focuses on building pipelines, managing active requisitions, coordinating interviews, and moving candidates through a fast-paced process.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in recruiting, strong sourcing, and experience with ATS systems. A focus on collaboration with hiring managers and delivering impact will be key to success in this contract-to-hire position.

Qualifications

• 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong sourcing skills with ability to generate candidate pipelines proactively.
• Experience recruiting for operations, customer-facing roles (CS, support, sales, implementation).
• Comfort managing multiple requisitions and shifting priorities.
• Strong recruiter judgment and ability to distinguish activity from pipeline quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Experience working with hiring managers and influencing recruiting strategy.
• Experience with an ATS; Rippling experience is a plus.
• Hands-on, practical approach to recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting activity across a portfolio of U.S. operations and customer-facing roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, talent communities, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and establish sourcing approaches.
• Conduct recruiter screens and provide clear candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate and requisition information in Rippling.
• Provide visibility into pipeline health and hiring progress to leadership.
• Support recruiting projects and evolving hiring needs.
