Job summary

Healthcare Staffing Professionals is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support full-cycle talent acquisition, manage high-volume requisitions, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

This in-office role in Oklahoma City offers 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a 6-12 month duration and a pay rate of $28 per hour. Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft 365 is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year HR experience OR master's degree plus 1 year HR experience.
• Equivalent combination allowed; HR experience must include recruitment or payroll.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations in HR and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for high-volume requisitions.
• Attract top talent by posting and optimizing job ads and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with advertisers and hiring managers to align recruitment with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, managing logistics for many active requisitions.
• Provide regular status updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Maintain requisitions in Workday and generate timely reports; support offer management and pre-employment steps.
