Job summary

Refreshed Tech is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to own high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for production, warehouse, and professional roles. You will partner with hiring managers to fill openings quickly while maintaining quality hires and a strong candidate experience.

You will optimize ATS/CRM/HRIS systems, use data to identify bottlenecks, and build repeatable processes that shorten time-to-fill and reduce turnover.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume hourly and salary hiring.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems.
• Experience using Paycor, ADP, or a comparable HRIS platform for recruiting and onboarding.
• Demonstrated experience improving recruiting processes and using metrics to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume recruiting for hourly production and warehouse roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and timelines.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, staffing agencies, and events.
• Manage ATS, CRM, and HRIS systems for candidate workflows and data accuracy.
• Improve recruiting processes with structured interviews and automated communications.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps and onboarding activities.
