Job summary

Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc. is actively seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support full-cycle talent acquisition for high-volume hiring in Oklahoma City. This in-office, full-time role focuses on recruitment activities, compliance, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

The Coordinator will post and optimize opportunities, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and maintain pipeline visibility for hiring managers, using Workday and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 1 year HR experience or equivalent.
• HR management experience should include at least one of: job analysis, classification, wage/benefits, civil rights, recruitment, payroll.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment phases for high-volume requisitions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Post and optimize job ads and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews with an interview panel and manage scheduling logistics.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers on status and pipeline progress.
• Manage requisitions in Workday and handle offer management activities.
• Initiate pre-employment steps including background checks and recordkeeping.
• Utilize Workday and Microsoft 365 tools to manage recruitment workflows.
• Prepare recruitment status updates and tracking reports.
