Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking an experienced technical support professional to back executive leadership and their teams in a fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage AV for meetings, and contribute to process improvements.

The role involves on-site and remote support, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge-base development to standardize solutions. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range, benefits, and opportunities to work with senior leaders

Qualifications

• Requires a technical degree or equivalent experience with 8 years overall experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a professional IT/support role, with at least 1 year in technical support.
• Experience supporting audio/visual technology (hardware and software).
• Proficient in Windows, macOS, and mobile OS environments.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and similar productivity tools; experience with ticketing systems.
• Strong customer-service mindset with proactive, clear communication.
• Ability to stay organized and calm handling time-sensitive requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive software/hardware support in-person and remote.
• Support AV for meetings, events, and executive presentations.
• Assist with executive meetings on-site and off-site; handle AV setup and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain knowledge base content to standardize solutions.
• Investigate recurring issues; coordinate with teams for corrective actions.
• Conduct site evaluations and risk assessments for executive meetings.
• Support Windows, Mac OS, mobile devices, and common business apps.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver a high-quality support experience.
• Be available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, travel, and off-site work as needed.
