Job summary

Perennial Resources International seeks an experienced IT professional to provide executive/VIP support in a fast-paced NYC environment. You will manage Windows/macOS/mobile devices, with strong focus on conferencing tools, AV setups, and secure collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IT support, including 3–5+ years supporting executives, and a proven white-glove service mindset. Ability to own issues end-to-end and be onsite four days weekly in NYC is required.

Qualifications

• Strong executive/VIP support experience and a true white-glove service mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, patient, discreet and comfortable working directly with senior executives
• Strong general Windows, mobile device, Outlook/Microsoft 365 and end-user troubleshooting experience
• Comfortable supporting executive meetings, conference rooms and presentations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership—if they don't know the answer, they stay with the issue and bring in the right resources until it is resolved
• Collaborative team player
• Ability to be onsite in NYC four days per week and responsive when executive needs arise

Responsibilities

• Provide executive/VIP IT support across Windows, macOS, mobile devices and Microsoft 365 apps
• Configure and support conference rooms, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and AV setups
• Assist with executive presentations and ad-hoc technical requests
• Maintain security best practices (MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint protection)
• Troubleshoot networking (Wi-Fi, VPN) and endpoint devices
• Coordinate with IT and vendors to resolve incidents promptly
• Document issues and resolutions for knowledge base
• Be onsite in NYC four days a week and be responsive to executive needs
