Job summary
Beacon Hill Technologies in the United States seeks a Senior AV/Desktop Support technician to deliver white-glove support to executive users and troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and collaboration tools across M365, Outlook, macOS/iOS, Zoom, and Google Workspace while maintaining a superior customer experience.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of desktop support experience, including VIP/executive support.
- Strong troubleshooting across M365, Outlook, macOS/iOS, Zoom, Google Workspace, and network connectivity.
- Experience with conference room AV/Crestron systems and logging incidents in ServiceNow.
- Excellent customer service with proactive, independent problem-solving.
- Comfortable providing on-site, face-to-face support; flexible hours.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove technical support to executive and C-suite users.
