Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking an International Area Representative for our High School Exchange Program. This flexible, entry-level, remote, part-time 1099 role focuses on recruiting host families, guiding them through applications, and providing ongoing support to exchange students throughout their stay.

You'll work with local schools, promote program awareness, conduct home interviews, and document interactions in our system.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with families, schools, and students.
• Comfortable conducting in-home visits and interviews.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and recruit prospective host families within the assigned area to support international student exchange programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools to raise awareness of student exchange opportunities.
• Promote public awareness of exchange programs through community outreach and engagement activities.
• Guide prospective host families through the online application process on the organization's website.
• Conduct in-home interviews with potential host families and verify references to ensure suitability.
• Facilitate host family orientations prior to student arrival to set expectations and provide program guidance.
• Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students via phone calls or in-person visits.
• Document all interactions, check-ins, and progress reports accurately in the online system.
