Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking an International Area Representative for its High School Exchange Program. This entry-level, part-time (1099) role offers flexible scheduling and remote work, focusing on connecting international students with host families and promoting cross-cultural understanding.

You will support families and schools, conduct in-home interviews, and coordinate orientations to ensure successful exchanges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage time and work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective host families within the assigned area.
• Guide host families through online application and orientation processes.
• Provide ongoing support and monthly check-ins via calls or visits.
• Document interactions and progress in the online system.
• Build relationships with local schools to promote exchange opportunities.
