Pan Atlantic Foundation seeks an International Area Representative for its High School Exchange Program. This flexible, entry-level, part-time role supports recruiting host families, coordinating applications, and guiding families through orientations with remote work options.

You will build partnerships with local schools, conduct home interviews, document progress, and perform regular check-ins. Requires a high school diploma, strong communication, independence, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with families, schools, and students from diverse backgrounds
• Comfortable conducting in-home visits and interviews
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time
• Reliable transportation for local travel to schools and host family homes
• Basic computer literacy for completing online documentation

Responsabilités

• Identify and recruit prospective host families within the assigned area to support international student exchange programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools to raise awareness of student exchange opportunities
• Promote public awareness of exchange programs through community outreach and engagement activities
• Guide prospective host families through the online application process on the organization's website
• Conduct in-home interviews with potential host families and verify references to ensure suitability
• Facilitate host family orientations prior to student arrival to set expectations and provide program guidance
• Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students via phone calls or in-person visits
• Document all interactions, check-ins, and progress reports accurately in the online system
