Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking an International Area Representative for our High School Exchange Program. This entry-level, part-time 1099 role offers flexible scheduling and remote work, focusing on connecting international students with welcoming host families and promoting cross-cultural understanding.

You will recruit host families, coordinate applications, mentor families through orientation, conduct virtual/in-home checks, and provide ongoing support throughout the student's stay.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with families, schools, and students.
• Comfortable conducting in-home visits and interviews.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Basic computer literacy for online documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and recruit prospective host families within the assigned area to support international student exchange programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools to raise awareness of student exchange opportunities
• Promote public awareness of exchange programs through community outreach and engagement activities
• Guide prospective host families through the online application process on the organization's website
• Conduct in-home interviews with potential host families and verify references to ensure suitability
• Facilitate host family orientations prior to student arrival to set expectations and provide program guidance
• Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students via phone calls or in-person visits
• Document all interactions, check-ins, and progress reports accurately in the online system
