DriveTime Car Sales, LLC is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding buyers through vehicle selection, financing options, and the sales process. You will support dealership operations, maintain compliance, and help ensure a high-quality customer journey.

Responsibilities include building strong customer partnerships, managing the full sales cycle, conducting opening/closing procedures, inventory awareness, and collaborating with teammates

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations, with proven success in driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle, guiding them through the DriveTime nurture and sales processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by completing sales calls to secure appointments and converting scheduled visits into completed sales.
• Perform operational responsibilities including opening/closing the store, cash handling, sales, nurture activities, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and related sales processes.
• Collaborate with and support team members to maintain a positive, safe, and productive showroom environment.
